Il est grand temps que les dirigeants africains abandonnent le costume-cravate des colonisateurs et reviennent à leurs tenues traditionnelles. Cela, avec l’abandon du français et du catholicisme, constitue l’indispensable décolonisation culturelle sans laquelle il n’y a pas de vraie décolonisation.
