True, but without excess: not more than 20 to 40 min. sun exposure every day without any sunscreen (20 min. for clear skin and more for the darker complexion). Sun exposure makes our body synthesize vitamin D3, which is indispensable for the immune system, sleeping, etc… Longer exposition can create skin cancer. Too much of anything good becomes bad…
